We started Mindful Brand to support women in succeeding in business - not just through what we do, but also in how we shop. We believe in a future where more seven-figure consumer brands are built by women, and we're committed to helping make that vision a reality.

About the Brand

Lucid makes functional wellness elixirs designed to support the body's stress response. The hero products are Move, a daytime elixir combining Lion's Mane, Cordyceps, Guarana, Ginkgo Biloba and B vitamins to support focus and energy, and Mellow, a night-time elixir with Reishi, Passion Flower, Lemon Balm and L-Theanine to promote calm and recovery. Both are available in convenient spray or drop formats.

Lucid is for women managing chronic stress who want a simple, evidence-informed way to support their wellbeing without overhauling their routine.

Lucid's formulations are PhD expert and doctor-formulated, using adaptogens and botanicals with real research behind them. The products are alcohol-free, easy to use daily, and were born out of genuine personal need rather than a trend.

Meet the Founder

Csilla is a Swiss-born entrepreneur based in the UK. Before launching Lucid, she spent her career in fashion, working across merchandising and product development.

She is a co-founder, bringing the vision, brand, and product to life alongside her business partner.

How She Started

Csilla was diagnosed with Graves' disease, an autoimmune condition closely linked to chronic stress, and it changed everything. For two years after her diagnosis, she focused on understanding her own body. What helped, what didn't, and what was missing.

It was through that process that she discovered the real impact functional mushrooms and adaptogens could have on how she felt day to day. Once she experienced those benefits herself, she couldn't un-see the gap in the market.

There was no brand speaking directly to women navigating stress in a way that felt honest, grounded, and part of a daily support system. Lucid was built out of lived experience, which makes it so much more powerful.

What She Learned

Csilla has learned to just jump in.

Don’t let the fear of failing stop you, and if you do fail, that’s not a bad thing, it’s just information for the next thing you build.
