About the Brand

Spill Friends is an everyday modern wellness supplements brand. It blends botanicals and vitamins into simple capsules with no fillers, made in the UK. Its debut product, Chilled Focus, supports cognitive performance, helping people stay calm, productive and focused through long days without overstimulation.

The brand is for anyone who wants to feel calm and productive without feeling overstimulated, in a culture that is increasingly over-caffeinated and mentally exhausted.

Chilled Focus is caffeine free, sustaining calm energy without jitters or crashing. Its packaging takes inspiration from Bauhaus female textile artists, and beyond supplements, Spill Friends runs a Rackets Club in East London to socialise, play and train cognitive skills.

Meet the Founder

Eleni is a first-time founder based in Hackney, East London.

She grew up in Athens, Greece, in a household where botanicals like mountain tea and valerian root were part of everyday life.

She later moved to the UK to study, building a career in tech and marketing in London before co-founding Spill Friends with her friend Louis, who is from the UK.

Spill Friends was born in Hackney too, proudly an East London brand.

How She Started

Eleni has always relied on exercise as a natural way to stay grounded and focused without feeling anxious, balancing a demanding job with a hyperactive mind. While she loves coffee, she found it wasn't the best source for sustaining calm energy throughout the day, so she began incorporating natural ingredients like Lion's Mane and Ashwagandha into her routine.

She thought: why not bring the ingredients she took regularly into one place, in a sleek pouch she could take anywhere, rather than juggling separate powders?

Her co-founder Louis, coming from a similar professional background, saw the same fit for it in his own lifestyle. Together, they tried different formulations and worked with scientists to lock in best synergy for Chilled Focus. The brand's vision is to have a range of products for any day or time, a friend to support when needed.

What She Learned

Eleni has learned not to wait too long for things, just go ahead and do them if they feel right, even if they're not "perfect."

Ask for help or advice, people are willing to share and help you grow.

Be prepared to make mistakes and take them as learning. Running a supplements brand is more complex than she expected.
