About the Brand

Good Kynd makes the UK’s first ready-to-drink iced chai latte with added prebiotic fibre - delicious, authentic chai made with gluten-free oat milk, no added sugar, and 4g prebiotic fibre.

The brand is for chai lovers, health-conscious consumers, and busy professionals looking for a delicious functional drink.

Good Kynd doesn’t compromise on taste, function, convenience, or affordability, and is committed to spreading kyndness and building a brand that does good beyond just good drinks.

Meet the Founder

Sophie is the co-founder of Good Kynd and is based in Essex.

Before launching the brand, she worked in audit, where she met her co-founder, Aiden

Together, they left their accountancy careers to build something meaningful and enter the FMCG space, where they saw a real opportunity to bring feel-good chai to the UK ready-to-drink market.

How She Started

After spending 2.5 years in London, Sophie and her co-founder became frequent buyers of ready-to-drink beverages. She had always loved chai but couldn’t find a ready-to-drink version anywhere - despite the presence of RTD coffee, matcha, and kombucha.

At the same time, Sophie had struggled with gut health for years and found many prebiotic drinks were carbonated and left her uncomfortable. So they created a chai latte with added fibre, without compromising taste, comfort, or convenience.

What She Learned

Keep the ball rolling - take small steps daily and stay agile.

Not everything needs to be perfect before you put it out there. Know your strengths (and the areas you don’t thrive in) and lean into them.

Delegation is powerful, and having a co-founder with complementary skills has been invaluable.

And finally, push your brand out into the world, even if it feels outside your comfort zone.
