About the Brand

The Keto Elf creates delicious keto crackers without any allergens for health-conscious individuals who value clean eating and taste.

The brand serves customers with dietary needs, such as gluten-free, diabetic, keto, or vegan, as well as families looking for healthier snack options for their children.

The Keto Elf is proud to be part of a growing movement that makes good-for-you snacking accessible and enjoyable for everyone.

Meet the Founder

Priya moved to the UK in 2014 and now lives in London. Before creating The Keto Elf, she was pursuing a PhD in International Relations but left during the pandemic to take an academic and career break.

The keto crackers are her fourth product. She previously tested three products (cookie and mug cake mixes) but found they weren’t scalable.

How She Started

Priya had always wanted to be an entrepreneur but wasn’t sure when to start.

During the pandemic, she struggled with her mental health and weight gain, which led her to explore the keto diet. Reading food labels opened her eyes to just how many ready-to-eat foods contained sugars, seed oils, and fillers.

That discovery inspired her to make healthier snacks at home and eventually turn her idea into a business that combined her love for cooking with her entrepreneurial spirit.

What She Learned

Priya has learned that being able to run a business and face its challenges is a privilege.

There will be times when you feel frustrated or want to give up, but shifting your attitude changes everything. You don’t have to do this - you get to.

Every tough moment - the boring admin, the scary email, the deal that falls through - is all part of the founder’s experience and an opportunity to grow.
